Rose Still Life
The petals of a rose were staged in an espresso cup. The technique used was ‘Trompe-l’œil’ painting (optical illusion), which created a lifelike representation of the subject on a wooden panel.
New Look in Down Under
In January 2020, it was tropical and humid in Sydney. To cope with the heat, the artist braided her otherwise hip-length hair into two braids. A small red scarf served as sun protection… a new look was born.”
