Memories of my own childhood lead me to new subjects and themes.
In my paintings, I like to depict a person, a child, in a landscape. It is a search for harmony between humans and nature. Children are particularly connected to nature; they have the ability to enjoy life in the present without thinking about the future. They can splash care – freely in puddles during summer or play in the snow during winter, surrendering to the joy of being.
I want to intrigue the viewer with stories from childhood, so they can see themselves as a child again and feel a moment of joy.
